Please use our new module "OFFERS FOR CO-OPERATION - YOUR PARTNER IN BUSINESS" functioning according to the following principles.

The objective of the module is to present "OFFERS FOR CO-OPERATION - YOUR PARTNER IN BUSINESS" from licensed valuers who are certified graduates of the specialist course entitled "VALUATIONS FOR MORTGAGE LOAN PURPOSES", recommended by the Foundation as high-class specialists in preparing valuations of property commissioned to secure credits from universal and mortgage banks. The course programme and the theoretical and practical written examination are based on European standards, thanks to co-operation with the Hyp Zert GmbH certification body, which has accreditation in accordance with the European standard EN 45013/ISO 17024 on banking and mortgage valuations, and the "Approved by TEGoVA" and "Approved by RICS" logo. The specialist course covers over 60 hours of teaching in the form of lectures and practical workshops (our current programme can be found on the internet site).

The search function allows you to quickly choose licensed valuers according to the following categories:

1. voivodship/s,
2. types of property (residential flats and single family houses, multi-family residential property, office and administrative property, warehousing, logistics centres, commercial property, industrial and manufacturing property, agricultural and forestry properties),
3. the subject of co-operation (appraisal reports, banking and mortgage expert studies on property values, report and analysis of the technical condition of property, economic analyses of commercial and residential properties, other reports and analyses that are not appraisal reports),
4. the language for co-operation (English, German, French, Russian, Polish),
5. additional requirements relating to the use of the database.

After marking the required fields the user is shown the tabulated result with the option of obtaining detailed data (e.g. company name, address, form of activity conducted, telephone).

List of participants in the course organized by the Mortgage Credit Foundation: Valuation for mortgage lending purposes with special acknowledgement of the practical aspects of assessing the banking - mortgage value, who passed the final exam containing of theoretical and practical parts.

The supervision over the course was maintained by the certifying body, which has accreditation in accordance with European standard EN 45013/ISO 17024 with respect to bank and mortgage valuations, the "Approved by TEGoVA" symbol and "Approved by RICS" symbol. The task of the practical exam was to prepare the expert survey in order to assess the banking - mortgage value of the property.
